Hello Ju, I have just returned from my Monaco visit. It was wonderful as always thank you. The Port Palace was very good hotel. We had beautiful weather and even won some money in the casino! My feedback to you on hotels I have stayed in so far would be: Best Rooms: Port Palace Hotel Best Breakfast and meals: Metropole Hotel Best Service: Fairmont Hotel With the Fairmont as the best overall hotel. The service of the Fairmont Hotel staff was uncomparable to any service we have ever received. The staff went above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. I am thrilled at the service your company has provided. Everything you promised was delivered. We had no problems checking into our hotel. We got the rooms we wanted, where we wanted and when we wanted. The extra things you did for Mr.Doi's birthday were second to none. I really appreciate the extra effort.
