The staff went above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. I am thrilled at the service your company has provided. Everything you promised was delivered. We had no problems checking into our hotel. We got the rooms we wanted, where we wanted and when we wanted. The extra things you did for Mr.Doi's birthday were second to none.
